Though Ajith starrer Billa 2 did not do well at the box office, the climax helicopter fighting sequences featuring Ajith was very much revered by the audience.
Ajith very much liked the hard work of the stunt choreographer Stephen Richter who structured the helicopter stunts in Billa 2 and because of this he has given opportunity for him to work in the film which he has donned the lead role.
This film is being directed by Vishnuvardhan. Lots of efforts are being taken to have exemplary fighting sequences in this film. Nayanthara, Arya, Tapsee and Raana are sharing the screen with Ajith. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing music for this film.
