Asin is very cheerful these days because her Hindi film Bol Bachchan is doing very well at the box office. Most of Asin films are hits.
It is not a new thing for her but the film Bol Bachchan has given her a new status.
For Hindi actresses, it is great honour for having acted in a film which has earned a profit more than Rs 100 Crores.
Bollywood Kareena Kapoor is topping this list. She had acted in Three Idiots, Golmaal 3, Body Guard and Ra One which had yielded profits more than Rs 100 Crores. Asin is next to Kareena Kapoor. The films Ghajini, Ready and House Full in which Asin had acted have broken the records by earning more than Rs 100 Crores. Now the film Bol Bachchan has also yielded profits more than Rs 100 Crores.
In view of the foregoing, Asin is being considered as a stiff competitor to Kareena Kapoor. Asin while speaking about this said, "I have just completed five years in Bollywood.
I never even thought that I will get this status in such a short span of time. Bol Bachchan is the best film in my career."
